As Bharat Print Expo 2025 approaches, the completion of two dynamic roadshows (Mudran Bhet in Maharashtra and MudraYatre in Karnataka) has set the stage for an industry-defining event.

Bharat Print Expo 2025 will be held from 24-26 April 2025 at BIEC, Bengaluru. In this backdrop, Mudran Bhet in Maharashtra and Mudra Yatre in Karnataka weren’t just about travel—they were about fostering innovation, empowering the printing community, and creating meaningful conversations that will shape the future of print.

A Roadmap of Transformation

MudranBhet took across 18 cities in Maharashtra, where they engaged with passionate printing professionals in Pandharpur, Kolhapur, Sangli, Belagavi, and more. In collaboration with the Maharashtra Mudrak Parishad (MMP), the state’s prominent printing association, the roadshow connected with key printing hubs across Maharashtra. Each stop reinforced the industry’s hunger for growth and the need for a platform that fuels innovation.

Meanwhile, Mudra Yatre traversed 12 cities in Karnataka, igniting conversations in Kalaburagi, Hubballi, Shivamogga, Mangaluru, Mysuru, and beyond. In partnership with the Karnataka State Printers Association (KSPA), Mudrā Yātre ensured maximum impact by connecting directly with the heart of Karnataka’s printing community. The enthusiasm and commitment highlighted the importance of bridging the gap between technology and grassroots businesses. The power of regional support

The overwhelming response and strong regional media coverage amplified the buzz, bringing Bharat Print Expo 2025 into the spotlight like never before. Beyond this, the steadfast support from regional printing associations—deeply rooted in India’s printing ecosystem—has played a crucial role in making these roadshows a resounding success. Their involvement ensures that Bharat Print Expo 2025 will not just be another exhibition but a transformative experience for the industry.

A platform for progress

While the printing community may sometimes lack access to high-end resources, it never lacks the dedication to build something bigger. Bharat Print Expo 202, organised by All India Federation Master Printers (AIFMP), in association with ReEnvision Events Private Limited and co-organised by KSPA, stands as a testament to this spirit, providing a platform where businesses can explore cutting-edge technologies, forge strategic partnerships, and unlock new opportunities.

With the expo just round the corner, the momentum is at its peak. The conversations sparked and the connections built during Mudran Bhet and Mudra Yatre have set the tone for an event that will redefine South India’s printing landscape.
