PRINTPACKIndia 2025, one of the most anticipated trade shows for the printing and packaging industry, has concluded on a high note with 80000 sqm of show area, reaffirming its status as a premier platform for innovation, collaboration, and business growth. The event, held at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, witnessed record-breaking participation from industry leaders, exhibitors, and visitors from around the world.

This year’s edition of PRINTPACK India attracted 1,25,000 visitors, including industry professionals, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. The event set new records in business transactions, with exhibitors reporting multi-million-dollar machinery deals, underscoring the industry’s confidence and growth trajectory.

Organized by the Indian Printing, Packaging, and Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA), PRNTPACK INDIA 2025 (February 1-5, 2025) featured over 600 exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge technology, sustainable solutions, and the latest advancements in printing, packaging, and converting industries.

Record-breaking deals & unprecedented industry participation

This year’s edition of PRINTPACK India attracted 1,25,000 visitors, including industry professionals, decision-makers, and key stakeholders. The event set new records in business transactions, with exhibitors reporting multi-million-dollar machinery deals, underscoring the industry’s confidence and growth trajectory. FUJIFILM India unveils next-gen printing solutions

FUJIFILM India launched the versatile Revoria Press family and the high-performance Apeos 4620 SX/SZ multifunction devices. The Revoria Press lineup introduced four mid to mid-high range production presses, including the five-color EC2100S and SC285S models, and the four-color EC2100 and SC285 models, offering compact designs, exceptional speed, and high-quality printing. Meanwhile, the Apeos 4620 SX/SZ monochrome devices, designed for efficient A4 service counter operations, deliver exceptional performance at 46 pages per minute.

The new Revoria Press EC2100S, with a high-speed output of 100 pages per minute, caters to commercial printing, jobbers, and the photo market. The SC285S and SC285 models, printing at 85 pages per minute, are ideal for jobbers, photo books, and short-run proofing. These compact presses deliver exceptional image quality using Vertical Toner Development Technology, LED Print Head Technology, and Revoria Flow RIP with Super EA Eco Toner. Supporting paper weights from 52 to 400 GSM and sizes from 90 x 146 mm to 330 x 1,300 mm, they handle various media types, including coated, uncoated, and textured papers.

While, the Apeos 4620 (SZ / SX) are compact devices ideal for placement on service counters in various organizations such as Small & Medium Businesses, shops, Hotels, government agencies and hospitals. They offer high-resolution 1,200 x 1,200dpi image printing at a rapid speed of 46 pages per minute. Compared to other A4 devices of the same speed range, printing speed is increased by 15%, ensuring efficiency improvements in the customers’ workflows, particularly in scenarios that demand quick responses to clients, such as at customer service counters.

KOMORI India bags 19 new orders at PRINTPACK INDIA

KOMORI India has secured a total of 19 new orders for its advanced multi-colour sheetfed offset printing presses. These orders were placed by a diverse group of prominent companies spanning book publishing, commercial printing, and packaging sectors. The strong response from both existing and new clients underscores the growing demand for KOMORI’s innovative technology across various market segments.

The 19 state-of-the-art KOMORI presses booked during the event include: Lithrone GL437 (13 units), Enthrone 429 (2 units) & 529 (1 unit), Lithrone GL-640A +C IR UV (2 units) and Lithrone GL 637+ C IR UV (1 unit). Among the notable orders, Bengaluru-based Kamsri Techo Pack acquired a 6-colour Lithrone GL-640A +C , an ideal solution for high-end packaging applications. Kundli (Haryana)-based Office Now, a long-standing KOMORI customer, booked two Lithrone GL437 presses, bringing their total to five KOMORI presses. Delhi-based Chawla Printers, another loyal customer currently operating two Enthrone E429 presses, added a new Lithrone GL437 to their fleet.

Konica Minolta unveils revolutionary AccurioPress C14010S

Konica Minolta demonstrated Konica Minolta’s comprehensive portfolio of digital printing solutions. The event witnessed an overwhelming response with 2000+ visitors exploring Konica Minolta’s innovative solutions. The newly launched AccurioPress C14010S with capability of white toner printing, showcases ground breaking automation features including the standard Intelligent Quality Optimizer (IQ-601) and Paper Inspection Unit (AI-101). These innovations significantly reduce the need for manual intervention and specialized expertise in printing operations, allowing businesses to focus on creative and value-added services.

Konica Minolta marked its presence by showcasing the AccurioPress C14010S, which captivated industry professionals with its innovative white toner capability. The system demonstrates exceptional versatility with its ability to print at speeds of up to 140 A4 pages per minute, maintain consistent quality across media weights from 52 to 450 g/m², and achieve stunning white prints on colored and transparent media. Even when using white toner, the system maintains impressive speeds of up to 120 sheets per minute.

The exhibition featured an impressive array of Konica Minolta’s production printing portfolio, including the high-performance AccurioPress C12000, the versatile mid-range AccurioPress C7100, C4080, and AccurioPrint C4065 series, and the specialized AccurioPress C84hc with high-chroma technology. In the monochrome segment, the AccurioPress 6272P and AccurioPrint 2100 demonstrated exceptional productivity for high-volume commercial printing applications. The AccurioLabel 230 demonstrated advanced capabilities in digital label printing, while the MGI AccurioShine 3600 and AccurioShine 101 displayed sophisticated digital embellishment solutions.

Insight closes India’s First Fujifilm Revoria SC285S deal at Printpack

Insight Print Communications, Fujifilm’s channel partner in India, closed the first deal for the Revoria SC285S during the exhibition itself. This sale was sealed shortly after the product launch, marking a significant milestone for Fujifilm and Insight. The first SC285S press is set to be installed at PRINT POINT in Chennai.

The Revoria SC285S is a powerhouse of innovation, combining new technologies to deliver unparalleled print quality, efficiency, and versatility. Backed by many patents, the Clean Sheet Technology ensures exceptional print quality and adaptability across a wide range of applications. The Vertical Toner Development System allows the press to maintain a compact design while delivering outstanding results on diverse media types.

HP celebrates 25th milestone of B2 digital press installations

“At PRINT PACK INDIA, we are celebrating the 25th milestone of installation of our B2 digital press. Of these, 50% of the machines have been installed in Tier-2, Tier-3 and Tier-4 cities like Saharanpur,Jhansi, Roorkee, etc. These machines are increasingly being used for photo and general commercial printing. This demonstrates our commitment to empowering customers nationwide and underscores our leadership in the B2 segment.,” shares A. Appadurai, Country Manager – Indigo and Inkjet Business Solutions, HP India.

HP India virtually demonstrated the HP Indigo 100K Digital Pres, which is the world’s most productive B2 digital solution, capable of printing 6,000 sheets per hour with true non-stop digital capabilities. Designed for medium to high-volume short runs, it helps reduce turnaround times, increase automation,and lower plate, labour, and handling costs. “With this press, we are trying to redefine the economics of offset printing. With the capability to print at 6000 sheets per hour in 4-colour is totally outstanding,” adds Appadurai.

HP also showcased 15K Digital Press, which sets a new standard in printquality, delivering high-definition, offset-matching results across a wide range of applications. “It has the capability to print in 7 colours, including silver or fluorescent colours. Besides, we also have a virtual demo of HP 7K press, which is an A3 size press, with over 50 installations,” he adds.

At TechNova stand, HP virtually demonstrated the 6K press. With this, the company reinforced its ‘HP Indigo First, Flexo Second’ mantra, emphasizing on-demand high-quality digital printing with broad versatility for any job, regardless of length.“HP is not just about presses, we focus on the entire ecosystem. When the world is talking about AI, we are focusing on IA, which refers to Intelligent Automation, focusing on how automation can bring a difference to printing solution. Then we also focus on PPC, which is Predictive Press Care. We also focus on market creation for our customers, providing them with match-making sessions with the end customers,” he adds as a matter of fact.

Another interesting thing which Appadurai mentions is that 60% of Indian population is under 25 years, which is going to redefine what’s going to be printed and digital printing is absolutely the way forward.

At PRINTPACK INDIA,Falcon Vacuum Pumps & Systems offered highly commendable range of Vacuum Pumps including dry vacuum pumps, dry vacuum pressure pumps, oil lubricated vacuum pumps. Oil sealed vacuum pumps,ring blowers and machine vacuum pumps. As per Amarpreet Singh of Falcom Vacuum Pumps & Systems, “The first day was a bit slow but we are expecting more number of visitors in the coming days. We look forward to a successful show.”

Ricoh is committed to Indian market

Monotech System Ltd is a major supplier of Ricoh digital printing machine, Ricoh digital printing press and Ricoh production printerin India.

“India is a focus area for us and we have dedicated our resources for the Indian market. We have been here for decades now and we are dedicated herefor the long term,” shares Koji Miyao, Senior Corporate Officer, President, RICOH Graphic Communications BU, who was present at the Monotech Systems Ltd stand at PRINTPACK INDIA. On asking about their partners in India, Ben Chong, Director, Regional Head of Distributor Business, APAC, RICOH Digital Services BU, shares, “India is a huge market for us and for Ricoh both our market share as well as business is growing. Our partner Monotech Systems Limited has strength in the Indian market, with their products complementing our product range. So, they offer a one-stop solution to their customers. While, our other partner Minosha has Ricoh’s strength, offering office printers as well. So, there’s a very healthy relationship and we all are growing together.”

Ricoh has recently launched the first B2 perfecting (auto-duplexing) sheetfed inkjet platform using aqueous ink, accelerating the shift from offset to digital with higher print quality, faster turnaround times and fewer demands on staff following successful in-market testing. “Also, the market for roll-to-roll digital printing is growing. We have been growing our market share significantly and Monotech offers very good sales and service,” adds Koji.

On asking about their trends in Indian printing market, he adds, “In India,both offset and digital printing are growing. The buying capacities are increasing and so packaging is on the rise. Ricoh is committed to the Indian market and we are here to meet the requirements of our Indian customers.”

TechNova offers a bouquet of products

TechNova Imaging Systems showcased its Total Solutions portfolio, featuring Offset, Digital and Flexo technologies for Packaging, Publishing and Commercial Printing. Packaging Printing Solutions included virtual demos and presentations of the HP Indigo 6K and the Digital Supermarket, featuring applications like labels,flexible packaging, and shrink sleeves. While, Publishing Solutions highlighted the Kyocera Digital Inkjet Press and KM7120 Digital Mono Printer, alongside presentations of the Founder Digital InkjetPress, and the HP PageWide Inkjet Press.

While, Commercial Printing Solutions featured the Avatar Thermal Photopolymer Plate, Kratos Processless Plate and the Elite Plate, along with printing chemicals, the Konica Minolta Production Press, Duplo Spot UV Coater and the JWEI Cutting Table. Besides, TechNova Green Earth Solutions focused on eco-conscious consumables, low-energy CtPs, effluent treatment solutions and ENCON & Safety Audits, reinforcing TechNova’s sustainability commitment.

Minosha launches RICOH Pro 8400S monochrome production printer

Minosha, a leading distributor of RICOH in India,launched RICOHPro 8400S, an upgraded monochrome production printer. Designed to streamline document processes and raise productivity, the newly launched RICOH production printer is capable to operate at the 96 pages per minute and with reducing down time by input and output trayout put tray auto-switching and twin tower bottles. With VCSEL imaging technology, RICOH Pro 8400S delivers graphics in resolution of 2400x4800dpi.

Toyo Ink Arets India , a subsidiary of Belgium-based Toyo Ink Europe and a part of the globally renowned artience Group,unveiled its latest advancements in ink technology. Centred around the theme of ‘Science & Innovation’,the company highlighted its efforts in UV and LED food-grade inks for offset and flexo printing, as well as water-based inks for flexible packaging.

Nippon Color sells 7 machines

Nippon Color sold two Oyang’s Pixelprint HD Series Digital Inkjet Book Printing Machines, one CRON CTP model TP4664 G2I+ with TDP 11—plate processor and four VD330 digital label die cutter at PRINTPACK INDIA 2025. The CRON CTP has been sold to Lord Krishna Imaging, Dehradun. Akshat Pardiwala, COO,Nippon Color, shares, “We launched Oyang’s Pixelprint HD Series Digital Inkjet Book Printing Machines, which offers both monochrome and full-color printing options, allowing customers to choose between: a width of 440mm for printing 2-ups of A4 sheets and a width of 660mm for printing 3-ups ofA4 sheets.”

Gayathri Machinery presents stitching & binding excellence

Gayathri Machinery, a sole representative of Hohner Maschinenbau Gmbh (Germany) in India,presented stitching & binding excellence at PrintPack 2025. The company introduced the Hohner HHS Futura, a game-changing saddle binding machine, which is engineered for precision, speed, and ease of operation. HHS Futura is designed to meet the demanding requirements of high-volume print production. Canon India closes multiple orders

PRINTPACK INDIA 2025 has turned out to be a prolific platform for Canon India as the company closed multiple orders of its production printers and others. New Delhi-based Dharam Digital Press is the one that has booked an imagePRESS V1350—a fast, durable and high-volume digital colour production printer with innovative technology for high levels of built-inautomation. It operates at the speeds of 135A4 ppm (colour) and 130A4 ppm(monochrome) delivering prints in resolution of 2400x2400dpi.

Team Canon India is elated with the show’s high footfalls of potential trade visitors, swarming around the display of the lines of flagship Canon digital production presses, multi-function printers (MFPs), and digital large-format printers. Canon imagePRESS V800, imagePRESS V700, imagePRESS V1000,and imagePRESS V1350 are the digital production presses currently displaying at Canon India’s stall. Also, on display at the company’s stall were Canon imagePROGRAF GP-526S, imagePROGRAF TX-5420 MFP, imagePROGRAFTM-5350 MFP, among others.

Shreeji Corporation sells 35 machines

Shreeji Corporation, one of the leading Indian partners of Finitura, Xerox, EPSON, and other global brands, sold 35 machines during PRINTPACK INDIA 2025. Pratham Technologies bags orders worth Rs 1 cr

Sham Desai, Senior Leader Domestic Sales, Pratham Technologies, shares,“PRINT PACK is an important show for us and we have closed orders worth Rs 1 crore in first three days and we are expecting more orders today and tomorrow.” “At the show, we are displaying two new products – one is the automatic book folding machine and another is an innovative carton feeder with a long fold mechanism that allows leaflets to be pasted onto cartons, “ he added.

Vinsak showcases label embellishment & finishing machine

Vinsak offered its entire suite of pre-press, press and post-press solutions along with its partners, including Rotatek Printing and Packaging Technologies. “PRINTPACK INDIA is a good show as usual, it is better layout. We have bigger space and bigger aisles. The visitors are also different, more from sheet-fed than commercial printers. So, we have a bigger gamut of customers,” shares Ranesh Bajaj of Vinsak India.
