Buhrs installed an intelligent wrapping system in Japan

Leading global manufacturer of mailing and fulfilment solutions, Buhrs has installed a 30 pocket intelligent wrapping system at a leading mail order company in Japan. This wrapping system has 30 compact feeders that are equipped with selectivity and an intelligent production monitoring and reporting programme. The software controls were developed by Buhrs; each package is tracked and verified to guarantee the integrity of each finished piece. While most complex systems with over 20 feeders suffer from reduced productivity the net output of this custom system is over 7,200 packages per hour.
