Grafica receives overwhelming response in Chennai show

This was for the first time that Grafica participated in an exhibition in south India in a big way. The company’s strategy was to demonstrate the capabilities of advanced screen printing process, along with displaying its range of products and DMI’s creative sample gallery. During three days exhibition, printers from all segments (offset, screen, digital, flexo, packaging) walked into Grafica’s stall to watch live demo of its swing cylinder press with inline UV, Nano-Print Plus with UV, Nano-Print with UV, Nano-Screen Maker 5-in-1 and squeegee sharpener. Several orders were booked on the spot besides receiving good number of enquiries.

Grafica’s MD, Bhargav Mistry was also invited to make presentation on emerging trends in advanced screen printing at the South India Printers’ Meet held on the sidelines of Expo. Bhargav enumerated the emerging technologies/new applications of screen printing that would create new opportunities for screen printers which include: RFID/barcode labels, smart cards, ID cards, ATM/credit cards, medical applications, electronics, automotive industry, value addition on numerous packaging including pharma packaging (braille printing for blinds), wide range of industrial applications (PVC, polyester, polycarbonate labels/stickers; metal labels), vehicular graphics, 3D/4D labels, GenNext premium wedding cards, ceramic decals, solar PV cells.
