Samir Patkar appointed new MD of Heidelberg India

Samir Patkar has been appointed as the new Head of Heidelberg India, effective October 16, 2018. Patkar will succeed Klaus Nielsen, and take over the managerial duties and responsibilities from the above mentioned date.

After 11 years of successful stint, Klaus Nielsen has decided to take up a new challenge outside Heidelberg India.During his tenure, he made several achievements to the company and expanded the business in many areas.

Samir Patkar, with more than two decades of experience in the graphic arts industry is a well-known person among the Indian printing fraternity; he is part of Heidelberg group since 2001 and has successfully driven the Indian and Asia Pacific Gallus business at various management capacities.

Under his leadership, Heidelberg India will bring a more committed and customer centric approach and provide a professional level of service as always. Patkar shall be operating from Mumbai office.
