Pamex 2011 poised to gauge booming print market in India

The newly signed partnership between Heidelberg and Ricoh will be on display at its best at Pamex. The product range in digital production printing, will definitely, delight the industry, from graphic arts customers to print for pay professionals and corporate institutes, because of quality, efficiency, short turnaround time and after sales services. The partnership enables Heidelberg to sell Richo’s latest colour digital press. They will also sell the Ricoh production printing product portfolio. The combination of offset and digital printing enables printshops to respond flexibly to customer requirements by offering well known advantages of variable data printing, instant delivery of urgent print jobs and cost effective production of shorter run lengths. Technova Imaging will come out with full range of CtP technologies (thermal, violet, UV and inkjet) and a range of green solutions, portfolios of software & workflow solutions, printing consumables (analog and digital offset plates, graphic art films) entry level, mid range and high end solutions for commercial, packaging and newspaper printers. Having joined forces with Oce, Canon will distribute Oce products in the areas of production printing wide format signage and business service.

Players in photo printing industry are expanding their business into digital printing or wide format printing. Product range of Mehta Cad Cam, laser engraving, cutting plotters and small sized flatbed printers are popular with photo album producers. In the wide format space, the company deals in GH laser marking, cutting and Aoke flatbed cutting machines, vinyl cutting plotters, sky colour wide format inkjet printers, etc.
