Konica Minolta organises IP Applications Demo Day

Konica Minolta India recently organized an Industrial Printing Applications Demo Day at their Demo innovation Centre in Gurugram.The company demonstrated its portfolio of digital printing presses and its varied capabilities. The event was attended by print buyers such as Nestle, Dabur and Samsung as well as graphic designers from design agencies who influence the decision-makers.

Konica Minolta demonstrated the applications created on Accurio Label 230, Accurio Jet KM-1 and MGI JetVarnish equipments. The event also showcased the KM AccurioLabel 230, and two variants of the MGI JetVarnish machine, a 14-inch variant and a 29-inch larger format variants meant for packaging.

According to Vijay Kamat, national product manager – Industrial Print, Konica Minolta, this is an opportunity to bring together our customers and print buyers.

“We have showcased innovative applications in different segments like pharma, agrochemicals and food industries so that print buyers can use the unique capabilities of the press,” he added. Even though 3DW is yet to be installed in India, print buyers were able to see the unique applications of this machine as well.

Since personalised packaging is in vogue these days and bigwigs are ready to spend extra money for it, Konica Minolta showcased a host of personalised packaging samples as well.
