Dharam Reprographics goes for RICOH’s Pro-Partnership Programme

Ask Virendra Kasana of Dharam Reprographics about his company’s headway towards a new milestone of productivity and magnification in business. He would definitely acknowledge the RICOH Pro C901S digital press installed recently in the company’s one-stop digital printing corner at Nehru Place, New Delhi. Adoption of the flagship RICOH press under RICOH’s Pro-Partnership Programme has accelerated Dharam Reprographics into a new business move that the company had never been achieved over the last 25 years of its existence in the industry. Dharam Reprographics and Amit Electrostat are two divisions that run parallel in Nehru Place, New Delhi to deliver a complete range of digital printing and finishing jobs, which include colour digital printing, photocopy, DTP, offset printing, lamination of any size, all types of binding and others. “Constant update of our machine portfolio from time to time has pushed us to reach the spot where we are here today,” said Virendra Kasana, recollecting those earlier days when Dharam Reprographics was established as a small print shop barely equipped with a cyclostyle machine.

Sizeable significance

A brief flashback of Dharam Reprographics’ portfolio leads to those old days when the company operated with a line comprising black and white Konica Minolta and subsequent update to colour Xerox machines and others. But the expansion in the company’s infrastructure is quite a continuous process taking place in tune of the technological changes taking place constantly in the contemporary market. Virendra remarked RICOH Pro C901S as an answer to the current trend of quality matte finish printing. “Right after we installed the RICOH digital press, volume of our business grew to a new level, improving both quality and quantity in production,” he asserted adding that the machine impressively delivered 40,000 prints in the first three days of installation.

RICOH Pro C901S is a high-speed colour digital press featuring various inline finishers, new inline booklet maker and trimmer that provides flexibility and capacity to match business needs. This machine is considerably a trend setter shifting offset to digital to meet the short run, short turnaround demands. “Through Pro-Partnership Programme, it has been a privilege for us to work closely with the customers who are constantly adopting the high-end machines like RICOH Pro C901S,” affirmed Avijit Mukherjee, head – Production Printing Business Group, RICOH India Ltd. Referring the company’s constant widespread of its footprints in all nooks and corners of the country, Tetsuya is quite confident to pronounce that RICOH would occupy the top market soon in the subcontinent. “But our aim is not just counting the number of machines we delivered. We do ensure the prints/volumes our machines churn out,” admitted Tetsuya.
