Konica Minolta showcases ‘Future of printing’ in major Indian cities

Konica Minolta Business Solutions showcased its state-of-the-art production printing solutions across major urban centres including Cochin, Delhi, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Mumbai. The customer meet received an overwhelming response from the attendees wherein more than 100 customers in each city were briefed about the benefits of Konica Minolta’s cutting edge production printing solutions.

The aim of the customer meet was to strengthen customer connect across cities and to serve sheer requirements of the customers in the Production & Industrial Printing segment. The meet was based on the theme “Future of Printing” wherein Konica Minolta showcased its product line in the Production Printing segment and is now gearing up to showcase its industrial presses in the upcoming customer meets. Designed to provide higher production volumes without compromising on quality, the C10000VP series sets new standards in image quality and productivity by introducing technological innovations that ensure reliably consistent colour and more accurate registration control and deliver flexible media handling and finishing. It can perfectly handle repeat jobs and has the capability of checking quality at the fusing level, accordingly adjusting the parameters. The device comes with a Consistently Vivid toner (CV), a developer unit and reduced fusing temperature for improved colour consistency and accuracy. It comes with the Fiery B4000 digital front ends (DFE) and delivers high resolutions of 2,400 x2, 400 dpi at print speed up to 100 A4 images per minute in colour and mono on all supported media weights. Equipped with an inline spectrophotometer for colour calibration, the machine uses a second transfer belt thereby eliminating material deformation and improved registration accuracy. The registration control technology delivers front-to-back registration tolerance of 0.5mm. The front end controllers of the machine are based on EFI Fiery FS200 Pro platform, supporting the engine with better workflow and media handling capabilities.

It prints in CMYK at full rated speed on uncoated stock from 60-350gsm, and on coated grades from 70-350gsm. The C10000VP can on an average provide a monthly print volume of up to 4, 50,000 sheets. The maximum monthly duty cycle of the machine is up to 1.5 million.

At Print Expo 2017 Chennai, Konica Minolta displayed KIP range, MGI line-up, Web 2 print solutions and Accurio pro series. Their printing line-up gathered an overwhelming response from the attendees which included several bookings from the recently showcased wide format printing solution, KIP 7170 at Print Expo. Apart from that the attendees were also attracted to other Konica Minolta presses including the recently launched Accurio Press C2070/2060 and MGI Jet Varnish.

HP showcases the power of digital printing at Asia Pacific and Japan Inspiration Summit

HP hosted more than 200 partners and customers from 15 countries across Asia Pacific and Japan at the 2017 HP Indigo VIP Inspiration Summit at Goyang, South Korea. European launch of Roto-JET printer

InPrint 2017, Germany (November 14 – 16, 2017, Munich Trade Fair Centre,Germany) will mark the European launch of the Roto-JET printer, the latest advancement in cylindrical object inkjet printing from EPS, Xaar’s company in the USA. The Roto-JET will be on the Xaar stand 514 in Hall A6, and the team will be running demonstrations.

The Xaar stand will have the complete range of Xaar printhead solutions, and a number of Xaar’s product managers will be available for meetings to discuss these in detail.
