Bharat Print Expo 2025
Starts good as a maiden edition with resounding success
Organised by All India Federations of Master Printers (AIFMP) in association with ReEnvision Events Private Limited and Karnataka State Printers Association as co-organiser, Bharat Print Expo 2025 marked as a successful maiden edition of a total print & packaging converting exhibition. Held from April 24–26, 2025 at BIEC in Bengaluru, the three-day expo hosted a bunch of prominent exhibitors exhibiting arrays of revolutionary products and technologies.
Bharat Print expo is a profuse platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and grabbing the latest developments in machinery, technologies, and products. Three days of the exhibition pulled good crowds, with many deals being sealed by exhibitors came from all over India.
Bharat Print Expo 2025 marked a grand opening with the presence of a galaxy of dignitaries from the printing and packaging sectors and allied domains, which included MG Balakrishna, President of Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FKCCI) as Chief Guest; Anil Arora, President of ReEnvision Events Private Limited; Satish Malhotra, President of AIFMP; Ashok Kumar, President of Karnataka State Printers Association; Peter Anil Lego, President of Karnataka Offset Printers Association (KOPA), among others.
In his keynote speech at the inaugural session of Bharat Print Expo 2025, MG Balakrishna stated that the exhibition is not merely an expo but a profuse platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and grabbing the latest developments in machinery, technologies, and products. Three days of the exhibition pulled good crowds, with many deals being sealed by exhibitors came from all over India.
Shreeji Corporation,co-exhibiting at a small stall with Xerox India, was one of the crowd-pulling exhibitors, announced heavy enquiries and big product deals. Krunal C Jasani, Director, Shreeji Corporation, said they showcased 20 Finitura, Saga, and others and they sold 25 machines during the show. Likewise, Megabound was another exhibitor which sold 12 sets of machines. “Line of six machines which we exhibit at the expo includes our most demanded dual case maker, auto box wrapping and folding machine,” informs N Srinivasa Reddy, Director-Marketing, Megabound.
While, Ashwin Enterprises gathered huge crowds of trade visitors thronging to the company’s showcase of a string of print finishing products and solutions. “It’s quite exciting to be part of this first edition of the exhibition during which we have sold 15 units of our machines,” mentions Jai Bhanushali, Sales Manager, Ashwin Enterprises. Introducing the all new webber marking system, Mark Vi Trac Systems pulled potential crowds to its stall. Hemant Malavia of Mark Vi Trac System stated that the footfalls at the exhibition is commendable.
Mehta Hitech Industries presented its Rex 1325D digital cutting system, Presto direct-to-packaging printer, RT-2513 UV flatbed for signage graphics. Diwakar Mishra, National. Sales Manager, Mehta Hitech Industries Limited, said the exhibition is debuted on the right note. Viswanath Enterprises introduced all new MIMAKI CJV200 Series eco-solvent print & cut machine for the south market. “The new MIMAKI machine we introduce at the expo is with 3 years complete warranty,” informed Viswanath Yedru, MD, Viswanath Enterprises.
Monotech Systems Limited presented an eco-system of digital printing & print finishing with the presentations of Morgana ColorCut SC7000 Pro digital die-cutter, RICOH Pro C7500 digital colour production press, PixelGlow Lumina, MIMAKI UJV100-160Plus, Canon imagePROGRAF TM 5350, and gallery full of samples of POD books, labels, and transactional documents produced on the company’s own JETSCI inkjet press. Akash Kumar, Marketing Head, Monotech Systems Limited, said the show is well organised and attended.
Konica Minolta pulled every trade visitor’s attention to the demonstration of its two flagship products—AccurioPress C4065 and bizhub C200. Another attractive showcase was carried out by EPSON India which showcased a full portfolio of machines comprising SureColor SC-P7530, SC-T3130N, WorkForce Enterprise AM C600, WorkForce Pro EM C8100, among others for signage and commercial graphics.
Canon India presented a wide range of products comprising the commercial printing systems such asimageRUNNER 2224N digital press up to imagePROGRAF GI-5265 and TX-5320 large-format printers. SaneeChaurasiya, Senior Sales Manager, Information Management, Partner Business Centre, Canon India Pvt Ltd said the show pulls the crowds with right potential. FUJIFILM India showcased its key photo printing machine, Apeos Pro C605 that attracted photo labs and professionals.
Ahmedabad-based Bopl, which has partnered with Hebei Wanjie Technology Group to form Wanjie India,pulled crowds to its presentation of the all-in-one WJPS- 350/450/560/680 shaftless intermittent/full rotary offset label and flexible packaging material printing machines. “These machines are developed to cover the whole label and flexible packaging industries, printing 12 micron polyester films up to 300 micron materials,” tells Rakesh Patel of Bopl (Wanjie India). A leading producer of carton packaging machines, Robus India demonstrated Excellence Series automatic folder gluer with MES ready feature, which is introduced for the first time in India.Prem Vishwakarma, MD of Robus India, said the machine was booked by Bengaluru-based Global Printing & Packaging on the first day of the exhibition.
Komori India, under the theme of ‘Connected Automation’, presented new offerings and opportunities revolving around the company’s flagship products. Jitender Rohilla, General Manager–Sales, Komori India Pvt Ltd, said they received 100 good footfalls and the organisers have done a good job. “They were from the commercial and packaging domains. We also got fresh enquiries from some serious trade visitors from Bengaluru city as well as many other parts of Karnataka, which we hope can be converted into business later in near future,” he said. Redington, partner of HP India, presented the prowess of Indigo 120K Digital Press and versatility of Indigo 7K with full gallery of samples on it.
manroland Goss web systems showcased Printcom consumables for the commercial, packaging, and newspaper printing sectors. Rekha Sharma, Marketing and Sales Manager, manroland Goss web systems GmbH, said the portfolio consisted of the entire products staring from chemicals to inks and so on. Boxtech presented its flagship tape applicator, which is a customised model. Unittex India also presented its range of specialty papers ranging from book covering papers up to book binding cloths.
Bodhi highlighted its Inspektor, an advanced workflow inspection solutions for the design, print and publishing industries. Thriveni Kamath, Director, Bodhi Professional Solutions (P) Ltd, said they received good response to the products on showcase. Pratham Technologies exhibited its advancement in paper folding with the showcase of some of its cutting-edge machines and solutions.Autoprint attracted crowds to its showcase of UV coating and offset printing systems. P Thomas, Head–Business Development & Sales Operations said the show drew good crowds on all days.
Nippon Color gathered focused crowds to its stall where pre-press and press solutions were shown in a big way, representing big global brands including Cron, Glunz & Jensen, Screen, among others. “This show has turned out to be good and we expect it to be even better in upcoming editions,” mentions Akshat Pardiwala, Chief Operating Officer,Nippon Color. Another exhibitor presenting pre-press solutions and consumables such as Conti-Air blanket, Print Guard transfer cylinder jacket, Folex film, etc, Reprographic System & Supplieshad a fully attended stall.
Precision Machines & Automation presented the latest range of UV curing lambs, high-speed folding and gluing machines, among others. Alka Sachdeva, Managing Director of Precision Machines & Automation, said they found highly potential and focused trade visitors at the exhibition. Demonstrating its popular ComColor GL9730 and FT1430 digital presses, Riso was yet another crowd puller at the expo.
Bharat Print Expo 2025 has underscored the rapid advancement of the Indian printing and packaging conversion industry, driven by the constant adoptions of digital printing, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions. Next and second edition of the show will be held from April 27-29, 2026 at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai.
