Gaya (Bihar)-based Manglam Papers & Cards has recently installed a High Drip Master UV system from SASG UV Solutions.“With time, we keep on adapting to new technologies or machines to improve quality and innovation in our overall print outputs or end-products in order to meet what our customers demand,” says Subhanshu Raj of Manglam Papers & Cards.
He continues, “In fact, we were planning for giving a premium look and feel to our prints. When we decided to invest in aUV print enhancement system, the newly launched High Drip Master from SASG came into our mind because the machine stands out for its upgraded features. It creates a rich texture to shine on print surfaces, which eventually adds great value to our products.”

A family-run printing company, Manglam Papers & Cards has been in the industry over the last 45 years, specialising in both offset and digital. “As we have been extensively engaging in printing of wedding cards which need to be adorned fancy, opting for the High Drip Master UV system is our right move,” tells Raj, adding, “We were ideally impressed by the machine’s smooth drip effect, consistent quality, and ease of operation. Launched recently as successor of Drip Master, an erstwhile model, this new High Drip Master is comparatively capable to handle more stocks ranging from 60 gsm (lightweight) up to 450 gsm (heavyweight) papers. Its other advanced features include the water-cooled auto shutter and capability to handle maximum 15,000 sheets per hour, upgraded from the earlier capability of 10,000 sheets per hour.
