Kottayam-based Alois Graphics has installed a brand new KOMORI Enthrone, a 4-colour offset press, at its Kochin plant. Started in 1995 with an ambition to provide end-to-end printing solution to customers, the company is one of the pioneers in offset printing in Kerala. Alois Graphics boasts of a state-of-the-art printing facility with import and indigenous machines suitable for all printing requirements. Now, the facility is equipped with a new KOMORI Enthrone, which embodies high print quality and leading-edge technologies that have become synonymous with brand KOMORI.
With its stepless operator-side design and small footprint, Enthrone fits easily in any installation space. This highly specified offset press is configured with double-size impression and transfer cylinders to ensure consistent performance on short runs of a diverse work mix. Accommodating sheet thicknesses of 0.04 mm to 0.6 mm, the press dramatically shortens the time required for changeover between light and heavy stocks because no transfer cylinder gripper pad adjustment is necessary. KOMORI Enthrone, in short, will empower Alois Graphics to work more efficiently than ever to result in higher margins and business growth.
