Print Generic Systems: offering host of products for printing and packaging

Chennai-based Print Generic Systems was started by a team of service professionals from Mitsubishi printing machines. The partners of Print Generic Systems are residing in various parts of South India and taking care of their respective region with their strong service back up in mechanical, electrical and printing all over India.

“We started with equipment selling business since 2012. We have showcased our products at AIPAM Print Pack Expo since 2015. Print Generic Systems is promoting various machines, mainly post press equipments, which are catering to various needs of the customers. Since Print Generic Systems is owned by the service professionals, we ensure that our customers get good quality and stable machines. We thoroughly inspect their performance before bringing them into our product portfolio,” says C. Giritharan of Print Generic Systems.

Product range…

Their flagship product is hassle trouble-free UV systems. “We have installed around 160 units of UV systems across India working excellently with 100% customer satisfaction. Multi wave LED UV system has been installed in India,” adds Giritharan. “We offer following variants of UV systems: Conventional UV systems, Multi wave LED UV systems and LED UV systems.”

The company also offers Lamination machines. “Our dry laminators are robust build quality and are energy efficient. We have sold around 10 machines across India,” he adds.

“Besides, we supply semi-automatic rigid box making machines. We offer rigid box making machines with multiple options of Semi-automatic line and Fully automatic line and assorted units like Manual corner taping, Auto & manual -V- grooving, Conveyor glue unit (auto & manual), Box wrapping and Box pressing machine. We have 27 assorted rigid box making units running at customers sites across India,” tells Giritharan.

“We also supply window patching machines which are known for robust build quality at par with European standards. We have sold around 6 machines across India. We offer window patching systems with different configurations: in line V cut with hot knife creasing logo punch, for mono cartons and E-flute and micro flue packaging,” he adds.

The company also offers Folding gluing machine with different configurations: 4/6-corner; Pre-fold, straight line and Lock bottom pasting machine. “We have sold 10 machines across India. The machines have speed around 400 meters per minute with double wall thickness,” adds Giritharan.

Print Generic Systems also offers Automatic high-speed die cutting machines. “We have sold 6 die cutting machines across India. The machines efficiency is around 10,000 sheets per hour. The machines can be used for mono carton box, corrugation box, label die cutting and creasing,” he shares.

Apart from these products, the company is also supplying Carton stripping machines, Cutting machines and various post press equipments.
