RBI to set up currency printing press in Odisha

A delegation from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) recently visited Balasore, Odisha, where RBI is planning to install a currency printing press. RBI requires a total of 100 acres of land in two locations for the project.

Presently, there are four currency printing press are in India: Nasik (Maharashtra), Dewas (Madhya Pradesh), Mysore (Karnataka) and Salboni (West Bengal).
